Different Games, Different Rules

I'm currently reading the Japanese translation of
Different Games, Different Rules: Why Americans and Japanese Misunderstand Each Other. The Japanese tile is "Speaking Americans, Listening Japanese". The author Haru Yamada is a linguist fluent in both languages. Although there are some parts I disagree with, it still is a good book explaining why misunderstanings happen between Japanese and Americans.
